Sales
All sales are final. Items sold are antiques in the condition AS IS. We can perform
minor repairs and modifications in order to complete a sale. Additional charges
may be agreed upon beyond minor repairs or modifications.
Delivery
If you chose, we will deliver your purchased items at an agreed upon date, within
a reasonable distance without access issues, at no additional cost. Beyond this,
additional charges will be assessed.
Returns
There are no returns or refunds. If a situation so warrants, at the discretion of
management, an agreement maybe entered for a return.
Layaway
A purchase agreement can be entered for a term of monthly payments. Upon receipt
of last payment, the customer may take possession of purchase.
Financing
We are not in the business of financing your purchase. A purchase must be complete
before taking possession.
Representation
We endeavor to provide as accurate of information possible about the items sold.
Though we have knowledge and experience, we are not in the business of giving certified
appraisals. As a matter of course, an item’s origin or past history may not be discernable,
we are not to be held responsible for errors or omissions in our effort of representation.
